I am a 38 year old lover of food with an amazing network of friends and family in Richmond, Va.  Annnnnnd I just moved myself and my 18 year old dog to Denver, CO.

I was starting to wonder more and more what it would have been like to relocate outside of Richmond, where I was born and raised and earned my degree….where my entire immediate family resides.  And I thought, if I am wondering now with a hint of regret, what will it be like at 50, or 60?  And thus, a decision was made.

I inquired with my employer about working remote.  They said yes.  I started planning.
